18th March 2026

Dear Customer,

We regret to inform you that Zero Fintech Ltd (“Zero”) the provider of the Zero Sustainable Money App & Personal Account has ceased trading and will be closing.

Zero App & Customer Service

We aim to keep the Zero App available until 31st March, but due to reliance on independent 3rd party technology providers, the Zero App may cease to be available before this date.

We recommend you act straight away and withdraw all funds from your Zero accounts now.

Zero will provide customer service by email to help@zero.co.uk until the Zero App ceases to be available. Zero will no longer be providing telephone customer service from today.

Zero Personal Account (Digital Wallet) & Debit Mastercard

Zero is a Program Manager of Transact Payments Limited for the provision of your Zero Personal Account (digital wallet) and debit card.

Transact Payments will be emailing you today with further information about your Personal Account and Debit card and how to withdraw your money and get customer service after Zero closes.

Rest assured, even after Zero closes, your money is safe and held by Transact Payments and available to withdraw by contacting their customer service on zero@transactpay.com

Zero Savings Accounts

Zero Planet Safe Saver Accounts are provided by Bondsmith Savings Ltd with savings deposited at Griffin Bank.

We recommend you use the Zero App to withdraw your savings to your Zero Personal Account straight away. When the money arrives in your Zero Personal Account, normally around 1pm next day, we recommend you withdraw the money from your Zero Personal Account straight away to another bank account.

In the event that you haven't withdrawn your savings by around 26th March, Bondsmith will automatically send all balances and interest back to your Zero Personal Account, but we strongly recommend you withdraw before then yourself.

Rest assured, that if you haven't withdrawn your savings before Zero closes, your money will be safe, held by Griffin Bank with the protection of the FSCS up to £120,000. In this case, you should contact Bondsmith who will arrange a withdrawal of your savings directly to another bank account in your name.

Bondsmith Customer Service can be contacted by email to support@bondsmith.co.uk.

If you are a UK tax payer, you must disclose savings interest as income in your annual tax return. Please use the Zero App to make a record of any monthly interest you have received. In the event that you haven’t done this before the Zero App ceases to be available, you can contact Bondsmith to request a statement.

Many thanks for supporting Zero and believing in our important mission.

Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience our closure may cause you.

Yours sincerely,

The Directors
Zero Fintech Ltd
